Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original Ridstar box, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
